The throat uses Bernoulli's principal to increase the velocity of primary air (PA) and the outlet flow has to be axial. I think vane does not increase the speed of flow but only directs the flow, so I want to determine a much more efficient shape and angle of the throat vanes that would result in a lower pressure drop across the throat. The mill rotates at a speed of 40 rpm and the flow inlet velocity is about 40 m /s.
