Im trying to design compact MSPA . i read a lot of papers about size reduction techniques using shorting post . put , unfortunately , no author explained the steps or procedures of how to reduce antenna size ! and exactly " what is the relation between big antenna and small one " so, i will so thankful if any one can help in this issue ?

It seems to me that it is exactly what you need.
You can use many techniques to reduce the size for example: (1) use high dielectric substrate like rogers6010 which has high dielectric constant 10.2, it can reduce your size by to 3 times. (2) use shorting pin between patch and ground, however it is very difficult that at which position the shorting pin will be added. you can do parametric analysis, follow from very near to feed and go to the far end. (3) the size can be reduced by using slots on the ground as well as on the patch. The concept is very simple that you have to elongate the current part on the patch or ground.
Adding a shorting post adds an inductance to your circuit.
You can then change the size of your patch and make it smaller because you have replicated a part of the the inductance of the normal patch by using the shorting post.
Therefore, your patch size reduces for the same frequency you could have used the patch for a much larger size without the added inductance.
Now what you need to do is find out how much inductance the post is adding to your system and re calculate the length of the patch for the given frequency.

Im absolutely not related to those "people" you meant in you comment. i read a lot of papers and previous works, if you read my question details carefully, and i will never depend on other to make what i want .ok.
im asking help or support in a specific point i did not find it " at least to this moment" .
