Hi. I have finished the User Script creating L-Amino acid to build a lib of peptides. However, when I tried to create D-Amino acid, I found no description of it. Even the user interface does not contain any entry of it. How can I create the D-Amino acid in Discovery Studio? (Make-by-hand may be impossible because I need ~1000 peptides, and changing each of them is impractical)

Monsurat Motunrayo Lawal I only found the way to create D-type amino acids with DS tool "Macromolecules">"Build and edit Protein">"Specify">"Three Letter Name", and enter the names of D-amino acids. The D-amino acids are named according to PDB nomenclature:
"Dal", "Dar", "Dsg", "Das", "Dcy", "Dgn", "Dgl", "Gly", "Dhi", "Dil", "Dle", "Dly", "Med", "Dpn", "Dpr", "Dsn", "Dth", "Dtr", "Dty", "Dva"
