Right now I am conducting spin coating and dip coating experiments in a clean rooms with ISO 5 and ISO 6, but major renovation work has to be done during the next months. This is why I am planning to install one of the coating devices into on of our gloveboxes.
So far, I couldn't find manufacturers besides MBRAUN who specialize on this but they only mention that you can install different filter types like HEPA (no information on ISO class). Since they are also integrated spin coaters, I assume that my idea is not completely bad.
So, I was wondering if anybody has experience in how to setup clean-room condititions inside a typical glovebox (e.g. MBRAUN). If so, which filter types are you using and are you satisfied with your experimental results?

As a MBraun Distributor in Australia and New Zealand, we have supplied several gloveboxes with clean condition laminar flow hoods. If your current glovebox does not have the laminar flow hood then the clean room conditions will not be possible. I hope this helps.
Put the air and light filters. don't use anything that can produce micro particle/dust.
Air flow through filters has to go into the glovebox, so that a slight overpressure in the glovebox is established. So no air without being filtered is able to access the box.
