the first testing on icp oes has perfect peak diagram with autopeak adjustment
after aspiration a very high concentration of nitric acid digested food sample the plasma turned off... then the peak diagram in next tests shifted to the right and open peak appeared with high standard concentration as shown in attached picture
how can I fix this ?

It is a bit difficult to diagnose the problem with the information given in the graphs.
Are the spectra from the same set of standards?
In any case it seems as if the wavelength calibration of your instrument has become bad. I don't know how this can be related to the plasma shutdown but if the spectra are from the same solutions, it appears as if a) you lost sensitivity (which might be related to some issue in the sample introduction after running concentrated HNO3) and b) the wavelength changed. There should be some routine in the instrument that should allow for re-calibrating the wavelengths properly. Additionally you may try a second sample introduction system to verify that your sensitivity is correct.

I think you need to perform the torch alignment procedure, then aspirate single standards for the elements of interest throught the autopeak performance feature.
I think this will correct the shifting in wavelengths
The left record is As 189.042. The right is Cd 228.802. These are different places in the ICP-AES spectrum.
The wave length calibration has shifted. Suggest you re calibrate
1. Torch alignment
2. Spectrometer alignment
3. Run Performance Check
4. Auto peak
5. Then run youR calibration standards/samples
