Let's say time tsi = 10 s, electric field strength Esi = 10 V/m in SI unit. In order to convert these to those in atomic system of units, I think right procedure is that tat = tsi/(2.41888e-17 s) = 4.1341e+17 and Eat = Esi/(5.14221e11 V/m) = 1.9447e-11, where 2.41888e-17 s and 5.14221e11 V/m are from the attached link or file. Is this approach right? If this is right, are time and the electric field strength in this system of units non-dimensional?

In atomic system of units e = me = hbar = 1. Does it mean these are non-dimensional? I feel not easy to accept such a system where dimensions look ignored.
