In terms of grams of emissions that an engine produces per kWh and then, this same emissions but in distance traveled. Practically, i need to know how much kWh does the engine requires to traveled 1 km. What would i need to know from the vehicle that will be equipped with the engine?

You only need to know how many km your vehicle runs in one gallon of fuel. 1 Gallon = 36.6 kWh. Also you need to know density of your fuel at specific temperature, to convert volume into grams, how how many liters are in one gallon of the fuel.

According to law of mass conservation,
exhaust gas flow = intake air + fuel flow
