First, this image shows rings so that you need to know the distance in order to make a correct and meaningful line scan as funktion of a linear angle scale. In order to transform angle into d-values you need now the electron energy (this is what you are calling "x-ray"). Use the dynamical approach and not the kinematic. The results are different, although for your blurred image this will not have a considerable effect.
