Hi Sudipta, I have already worked with the electrospinning process, I recommend to you use a nitrogen enviroment (use a sensor too), but that is difficult, because you need a fully enclosed chamber, and normally the machine of electrospinning does not have this. I think that, if your humidity is not a very important parameter for your experimental work, you can depreciate.
You can use a humidity sensor and a humidifier/fogger used in agricultural applications. Then use a controller that controls this humidifier so that the humidity value stays within the limit that you want. Or even a simpler experiment could be to use the humidity sensor with standard analog output and manually monitor the values using any low-cost digital multimeter and adjust the humidifier to maintain the level that you want. You can try this and see how it works for you.
