I am trying to construct a unitcell or supercell of graphene-metal composites. I will model this unitcell in atomistic scale and by copying the unitcell I will form a continuum. My question is about which program I should use to costruct the unitcell. Abaqus has a command called like substructure but I am not sure I can use substructure command for what I am trying to do. All your help is very much appreciated
