I have been trying to perform nonlinear analysis of bridge using fiber hinge. During defining fiber layout in section designer it shows on note: 'Properties are not transformed, no modular ratio is considered.' Does it affect on further analysis? If yes, how can i consider it?
I was wondering on your question on how to include the modular ratio. What software are you using? Also, have specified the necessary Modulus of Elasticity of the materials used?

Ivan Marquez I am using CSiBridge v20.2.0 and have already specified modulus of elasticity of material used.
That's strange though because if you have completed the data in the fiber section properties, no dialog box like that will not appear. Unless the section is too big (it might not reach the rupture capacity; hence, no modular ratio is considered)... That's my thoughts
Furthermore, the loading can be a factor too that's why the modular ratio is not considered as it not reaching the rupture capacity.
