I want to know how can I do content analysis, my dissertation is about increasing intercultural sensitivity through intercultural-laden tasks and I want to conduct content analysis for writing and interview of participants and how I can generate intercultural codes?

Computer-assisted qualitative data analysis using software such as NVivo, to name but one, helps:
- Work with a variety of text data and sources, including text documents (interview transcripts, open-ended survey responses, journal articles), social media posts, web content, images and videos.
- Quickly organize, store, and retrieve data.
- Easily cluster sources based on the words they contain.
- Conduct text searches and word counts through word frequency queries.
- Group words according to synonyms and other lexical associations.
- Examine themes and structure in content.
- Visualize findings.
- Support findings with detailed evidence.

Content analysis can be either more quantitatively oriented, if you count specific codes, or more qualitatively oriented, if you interpret themes in the data. For qualitative content analysis, I recommend Schreier, Qualitative Content Analysis in Practice.
Embedded in your question is what you want your dissertation to do. As I understand it you want to identify intercultural codes so that you can increase sensitivity. Content analysis of your interviews will by itself not accomplish the purpose. That is regardless of whether it is quantitative, qualitative, or both. At its most basic level content analysis is counting some code construct or artifact. In quantitative, it is most likely that you will impose the codes on your date. Those may come from theory or literature but should have some empirical basis. In qualitative you could do the same or have the codes emerge from the data itself. This is somewhat protracted and should be done under the guidance of an experienced emerged qualitative researcher. I suspect unitizing your texts may be one of the more challenging aspects of your project (do you want to count words, sentences, conversational turns, or themes). Below is a brief overview of some of the issues you will be facing but there is no single method used to determine codes. It is based on a number of decisions you make based on experience, literature, resources, and time.
