The paper I am studying mentioned that I should compute the Gt average.

The study is on mode 3 Fracture test on composite laminates (with an initial pre-crack) by defining VCCT between the interfaces,

The paper has evaluated all the energy release rates (GI, GII, GIII) associated with the relevant criteria means (Gt average is supposed to be 0.1 ).

In addition, as it is pointed out, Gt ave should be calculated as the attached file:

Do you have any suggestions to reach Gt average easily by Abaqus?

Should I likely export any J integral graph in this case? If so, how can I export it? (please describe it in detail)
