I created a boxplot with (ggplot2) and (ggpubr) with two factors as in the figure, aes(x=IgG, Y= Vaccinated or infected, fill=agegroup), I have three age groups; 20-39,40-60,>60..The boxes always ordered >60,20-40, 40-60..
I want to reorder them, I tried reorder several times with several codes but not working?
The same problem I had when I created cross tab and chi square??

facet_wrap(~agegroup)

Descending order

I would suggest specifying the categorical variable's order using the following code:
dataset %>% mutate(x = factor(x , levels = c("20-39", "40-60", ">60")))
Then, you would be able to run the rest of your code obtaining the desired result.
