You can edit your affilation by clicking your profile picture, you will be redirected to another page then click edit. Hope this help.

Unfortunately, primary affiliation cannot be changed. I ignore the reason for this. Current activity is open to editing but not primary affiliation.

Thank you, this is a fundamental error. My primary affiliation has changed but it is still visible in my file. If there are some people responsible for researchgate.net web site should correct this disturbing error.

1. Access Your Profile: Navigate to your profile page.

2. Edit Affiliations: Click the pencil icon next to the "Affiliations" section.

3. Update or Remove Affiliation: To remove your previous affiliation, click the trash can icon next to it. To add a new affiliation, click the "+" icon and enter your current institution's details.

4. Set Primary Affiliation: If you have multiple affiliations, you can set your current one as primary by clicking "Make this my primary affiliation" under the desired affiliation.

5. Save Changes: Ensure you save any changes you make.

Note: If your institution isn't listed, you can request its addition by contacting ResearchGate support.
