Normally we can calculate it by performing open circuit test. However, I am interested in calculating it without using any measurements with only some details.Below is an example of toroid core given with few details.
Vp=100V,
Vs=10V,
f=100Hz
S=100Va
core: 58x34x30
Material: M5-30mm
Can anyone suggest me how do I find Xm with only these data given.

A very approximate soln:
1.VA = 100
2.Ip = VA/ Vp = 100/100 =1amp
3. Imagp approx = 5% = .05amps (usually 1.5 to 3 per cent)
4.Xmag = Vp/ Imagp = 100/.05 ohms
5.You can check with
6. Bs for M5 and xn area=A so phim= Bs*A
7 Vp =4.44phim*f*np so we get np
8 From Hs for M5 and core length obtain Famp turns
9 divide 8 by 7 above to get imag
10 Xm = Vp/ imag
