The book by R. Hunter “Zeta potential in colloid science: principles and applications”, cover this in great detail. I’m sure your university’s library must have this.

The mobility and zeta potential are related. The size is not related to the mobility under an electrical field. Google 'Henry Equation' and read the book recommended by Niels.
