I carried out an experiment consist of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and collect the temperature data. Then I calculated the overall heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer rate of both inside and outside the tube. Now i wonder if there is any approach to calculate the thermal conductivity of liquid flowing inside the tube just using these calculated values?

Nusselt number is a function of both thermal conductivity and as well as the convective heat transfer coefficient that i do not evaluate. Therefore calculation of Nusselt number will give me an equation with two unknown variable.
