I'm interested to study the stability of a mRNA structure, i'm specially interested to know how much energy is needed to unfold the mRNA. There is some method to do it? I suppose it should be something similar to the formula used to the one used to  prepare primers for PCR  Tm= 2*(A+T) +4* (G+C) but I'm not sure
