In fact. I try to calulate the efficience of the polycrystalline silicon solar under monochromatic illumiation with the repport of the maximal electic power with incident power of the illumination. But I get more 70% that I think very high. So I need a help to improve my results

what is the physical and technological parameters you used to calculate, the photocurrent Iph, the reverse saturation current Is, the series resistance and the ideality factor n?. Then what is the Iph,the open circuit and the fill factor you calculated?

Thank you Pr Zekry for your question. In fact I use the product of Iph with Vph to get the maximum electric power Pmax . This result is used to determine the efficiency in dividing the maximum electric power with the incident absorbed power Pab of the illumination such as :
η = Pmax/Pab with Pab = Pab =αϕ(1-R)hc/λ
where α is the absorption coefficient, ϕ the the radiation flow, R is the reflexion coefficient, h Planck constant, c the light celirity in the free space and λ the wavelength of the illumination
I get Iph and Vph after the resolution of the continuity equation at the p-n junction where I calculated the charge carriers' density.

Since you use monochromatic illumination, the answer to your question may be quite easy. Just clarify this: What is the band-gap energy of your absorber material? What is the photon energy of your illumination?
To understand what I have in mind take a look at the efficiency of photosynthesis: Relative to the full solar spectrum, it is just around one percent, but restricted to the "active colors" red and blue, it is around 30% (cf. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photosynthetic_efficiency).
