conversely, in my opinion the main fundamental principles and rights at work for employees is freedom to associate. In other words, workers can join or form trade unions to in order to have a collectively bargaining for better working conditions such as having good salaries, wages an so on.

In addition, another crucial fundamental right at work is the fair treatment. workers, have the rights to be treated justly and without stereotype, prejudice, discrimination centered on issues such as race, gender, religion and so on.
