Tube outer and inner diameter are available.
Due to the size of the bundle diameter, I am unable to use the following attached graph which would have allowed me to use a particular equation. Is there any other way I can find the shell diameter?

But equally, you have been given that the bundle diameter is 3.075 m. You could assume that you want a pull-through floating head and 100 mm clearance is acceptable.

I think, you can reduce the bundle diameter by manipulate pitch shape and the number of tube passes to make it in figure range.
