I know the details of this index and I read many papers but I need the details of calculations and exact formula.
The source of calculation is "K Weghorst - ASCE, Denver, Colo, 1996", but I can't accesses it. Furthermore I know that this index is similar to SWSI.
Could you please help me and send me the related equations?

At that time I 've searched a lot and finally I've got a paper from mitigation drought center. It is the main paper for calculating RDI (by Weghorst, with the details of calculations).
But I am not sure that I have allowance to put it here!
