How can I calculate (numerically) (W),the electron impact parameter ? I have Griem's tables but I could not make uae of it. Can you help me please?

I have M.Sc. &Ph.D. students in the field of laser applications. The main approach is (LIBS). One of the needed parameters is the concentration of the composed elements. By using specific equations, one can get many plasma parameters . One off the main equations has (w) parameter. All the authors refer to Griem's DATA to calculate (w) . If YOU kindly can guide me to calculate it correctly.
