I wrote a code in R that there are several numerical integrals in it! Sometimes R can`t calculate these integrals or calculate these integrals with small accurate.
Is there a way or package in R that calculates numerical integrals in Mathematica and get back and store results in R??

Good question, Mathematica is easier and much better to use than Python for these things.
For numeric integration in an interval use NIntegrate[f(x),{x,a,b}].
For primitives use Integrate[f(x),x].
Of course f(x) is the function you want to integrate.
