Koushik Mondal From the CV curve alone, you can only identify the point where the capacitance begins to saturate wrt voltage (I'm assuming you have a CV curve which shows accumulation, depletion and inversion regimes). That voltage approximately corresponds to the flat-band voltage. For a better answer, I recommend these two sources.
