How can i calculate energy of any nucleophilic substitution reaction in term of endothermic and exothermic?

Actually, we are working on a chemical gel prepared by the nucleophilic substitution reaction between territory amine and alkyl halide. We want to determine is this reaction will be endothermic or exothermic?
