I am working on Curcumin Bioavailabilty improement.
My product (Test) have dose 25 mg and Reference product have dose 100 mg.
Test product have Cmax 1.46 mcg/ml and reference product have 1.16 mcg/ml Cmax.
How can i calculate Dose of test product to have same Cmax of reference?
You cannot do this using a single data point unless you assume a linear relationship. Based on the latter your dose will be (25 * 1.46/1.16) = 31.5

Assumming linear pharmacokinetics you can calculate dose of the test product as 25 * 1.16/1.46 = 19.86. I would suggest dose of 20 mg. Please be aware of changes in AUC, which may be more clinicaly important parameter than Cmax.

Piotr Rudzki's calculation is correct. Check if the rate of uptake of your test compound is close to that of the reference product. Only then, the Cmax differences can be used to estimate the bioavailability. If not, you have to make full plasma concentration curves (AUC) and compare the AUCs. If you changed not the formulation but the drug itself, you need also take the differences in rate and volume of distribution and rate of elimination into account. In that case, the AUCs of the test and reference compounds need to be compared to that after iv/sc/ip administration first and then compared to each other.
I'm fully agree with Marijke, as to refer to AUC (extend of absorption) and not to Cmax (rate of absorption), provided to know the lineartity among the range 25 -100 mg doses.
