I am using weka 3.7.12 and I should run AdditiveRegression classifier because it does not have adaboost for regression problems(*if anyone knows sth about this please tell me, is it true using additiveRegrresion replace Adaboost.R2 !!? *). My main problem is just need to calculate 95% confidence interval for each predicted value,I am new in weka , I hope someone help me it is an emergency problem ; thanks everyone.
Majid - You can use the Weka Experimenter and get the confidence interval option. The below link gives you the steps for working with experimenter. I have tried for a simple data and it has couple of options (setting up confidence).

Thank you so much for your attention Kiran Marri, but I need Upper and Lower band for each Predicted Value , I read your attached file but it did not mention about confidence interval and I just tried Exprimenter and could not see a confience option, it just has a significane input box and it was not what i need. I will appreaciate for you further help. Thank you.
