If you used 2, 2 diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) as your control, then I suggest this equation for determination of the antioxidant activity of your extract:

AA% = (Absorbance of control –Absorbance of sample)/ Absorbance of control x 100

DPPH, ABTS and FRAP are the excellent assays. 

DPPH, ABTs and FRAP are used to asses antioxidant potential of plant extracts.
