You can check Registers or computer...and match with susceptibility results in lab so that to check whether antibiotic use was proper...or your institute's antibiotic policy is followed.

An alternative is to measure the concentration of the antibiotic in the collected waste water from the hospital. Then multiply this with the vaste water volume. This method has been used to determine the use of drugs in whole communities.
