I am interested in developing a low-cost snake mimic that can simulate realistic snake movement for testing an ecological hypothesis. The model needs to be compatible with a coating of plasticine (modeling clay) to capture potential predator interactions.

I would greatly appreciate any tips or guidance on constructing a snake mimic that can effectively replicate snake-like motion. I’m open to discussing ideas here or via email.
