Years ago we developp some stamping technique to produce patterns of PEGDMA on glass. Adhesion of the latter on glass was a problem and we find that a treatment with 3-trimethoxysilylpropylmethacrylate (TMSPMA) can help the PEGDMA coumpound to attach to glass. Does it work on PDMS?
