How can I avoid the color formation during PH adjustment for AgNO3 solution using NaOH in AgNPs synthesis with essential oils?

When I tried to adjust 0.01 M AgNO3 solution PH to 8, 9, 10, so on using 0.1 M NaOH, it always forms color and challenges me during the addition of essential oil solution to observe the right color for AgNPs formation.
