Boundary Condition is connected with Boundary, so you couldn't apply a boundary condition to a node

Draw a point in geometry and use "Point Condition" on this point. Comsol categorizes BC's according to domain, boundary and point.

You can draw points in the geometry or apply the point condition on the edges of the geometry ( Comsol automatically detects the edges). Select the desired boundary condition by right clicking on the selected physics and in the Physics tab you have "Points" option to define the point boundary condition
