For the FTIR analysis, I did this method for my research:The samples were oven dried, finely crushed in a kitchen blender (Moulinex), and homogenized in an agate mortar. The functional groups in the
products were examined by an FT-IR spectrometer (Bruker Alpha Platinum ATR) in the spectral range of 4000–400 cm-1 wavenumbers. FT-IR spectra of the samples were recorded in the mid infrared area. In agreement of presentation and analysis, all the spectra were baseline corrected.
