There are several methods and instruments to analyse the organic content in the lean amine solution. TGA is the method which gives weight loss % in the solution. 

Solid NMR will produces the result which will be one of the instrument of your interest. Than Raman spectroscopy also I suggest you, that gives chemical analysis of your experiment.
