When I use purposive sampling method especially homogenous sampling to select the participants and then followed by my selection process the data can be collected by using case study for my research but, how can I analyze the data from case study method field notes ??

When we carried out constructivist grounded theory, we used the framework method of analysis. See this book commencing at p.219:

Initially, I went through my interviews, open coding, adding the relevant words to a numerical index, as additional concepts emerged. I recorded the code in the margins of the interviews. This is the first section (of eleven) (FI - faecal incontinence, BD - bowel dysfunction) of my first index:
1.1.0 OVERALL ATTITUDE
1.1.1 living with it - surviving /acceptance/resignation
1.1.2 living with it - combative /autonomous
1.1.3 overwhelmed by FI/powerless
1.1.4 feeling alone/unique
1.1.5 self image/self esteem - feeling of not being in control/lacking confidence/has control/confidence
1.1.6 trying to be as normal/minimise the affect of FI/BD
1.1.7 feeling socially unacceptable /unclean/ashamed - FI as distasteful/unfeminine/concern
re offence to others
1.1.8 experiences FI in context of other
problems
1.1.9 coping by 'blanking off' the problem
1.1.10 it could happen to anyone
I then used the Framework method of analysis; this is copied from my thesis:
'After labelling all the first six transcripts using this initial index, I created thematic framework charts – one chart for each of the main headings – using a spreadsheet package'
I don't know if this would help, but I saw your question earlier and when no-one had responded, I thought I'd suggest this. You could maybe analyse the data from your field notes in this manner to make sense of them?
