I am aware of the PNRS in Brazil, thank you. Actually, I am a Brazilian researcher at RUG (Netherlands) and I am currently working on a comparative study between the WEEE and Packaging European Directives and the PNRS, concerning these 2 waste streams. Unfortunately I am facing some difficulties to get acquainted with the legal writings about the WEEE directive. But I could share some of the data I already came across, in case you're interested. I am also interested to know more about the current facts of the PNRS in Brazil. Since I'm not there anymore, it is harder to be familiar with the most recent academic discussions on the topic.
