The development of ethical attitudes in the use and understanding of Artificial Intelligence must be a cross-cutting theme, as using this instrument requires analysis to discern what to use or not.
The transversality of ethics in the learning and use of artificial intelligence relates to the ability to subject every action carried out with it to analysis, judgment, and discernment. That is, being able to gradually become aware of what is being extracted, how artificial intelligence is used, and/or not used for each learning activity.
Given that one important incentive to enhance students' social awareness is the participation of those students in their local communities. Be it through academic projects with community engagement, or be it in other ways, the AI education curricula can include the need for the students to go back to consult the community on the results and impact given by the AI.
