please anyone can tell me how can determine the difference between right-hand circular
polarization (LHCP) and left-hand circular polarization in the broadside direction.

In my opinion, the difference between right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) and left-hand circular polarization (LHCP) can be detected on the basis of different phases between the orthogonal projections of the electrical component of the electromagnetic field.
Is it that you do not know how to understand the plots that you show, which clearly show differences similar to those stated in the text, or that you do not know what circular polarization is, or that you do not know how to measure it?
