I want to coat polypyrrole for 4point probe
I try DMF, NMP and M-Cersol as solvent for dissolving polypyrrole
but in all these solvents, polypyrrole doesn't solve in ambient temperature
First you offer me which solution for spin coating?
and how I can prepare a film with polypyrrole?

Usually, pyrrole (the monomer) is soluble in acetonitrile (MeCN).
Do you already have polypyrrole or do you need to synthesize it?
Usually, in order to coat my electrode's surfaces with a polymer, I use electrochemical techniques such as : cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry or chronoamperometry. This allows the electrodeposition of the pyrrole entities over an electroactive surface (radical polymerization).

you can coat PPy using various methods such as elechtrochemical, chemical, vapor deposition and electrospinnig. Electrochemical methods have many advantages over other methods, in the sense that they offer control of the polymerization and doping level, and could be produced over a number of substrates in order to fabricate devices directly. By using electrochemical methods, these polymers can be synthesized by anodic oxidation of the monomers in suitable electrolytes (aqueous or non-aqueous) at constant potential, at constant current, or by cycling the potential.

in addtion, electrospinnig method can be used. To prepare a soluble ppy, you must synthesize polymer nanoparticles in special method. we had synthesized soluble NPs in the presence of an anionic surfactant and used them to coat homogeneous films of PPy on the surface of copper electrode via electrospinning method. The presence of an anionic surfactant attached to the surface of polymer NPs leads to the formation of charged polymer NPs, which subsequently stabilizes thenanoparticles and protects them from aggregation through the electrostatic repulsion concept.

in the mentioned work, we had used Chloroform as solvent in the electrospinning procedure.
