Wikipedia refers to blockchain as a decentralized, distributed and public digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record cannot be altered retroactively without the alteration of all subsequent blocks and the consensus of the network. So, blockchain technology is to jointly manage the database that records Bitcoin transactions.
Block chain technology can helps in real Human resource beacuse after this we cant create duplicate data.right now many peoples create or generate fake data according to the time of interview and requirement of job,if company works on block chain process they can retrieve data from digitization process.but block chain should be not individual it should be globally .
