Am running a simulation in ANSYS fluent and m supposed to use a piecewise linear variation for the properties of a PCM with temperature. Density, thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity of the phase changing material are meant to vary piecewise linear. How can i get the paired values for this variation.
I have attached the table of the properties.

The variation of properties like thermal conductivity, specific heat can be implemented through UDF. You have to write UDF (user defined function) in C/Fortran language to feed into material section ( result section ) of ANSYS Fluent. Piecewise varying properties sample UDF is provided in Fluent manual/ANSYS help file. Just check there, take time to write UDF and your problem may get resolved.
you can prescribe a piece-wise function from the material properties tab. You can also alternatively prescribe them using a polynomial fuction with two coefficients.
