On the other hand, the results of textual studies generated by these tools are still imperfect, they have many different types of errors, so-called halicity, create nicely described "fictitious facts", create fictitious data sources, fictitious source publications, do not accurately show all data sources in the footnotes and/or bibliography, contain unredacted passages from other source publications, so they often contain plagiarized texts from other publications, on the basis of which they were trained. Therefore, intelligent chatbots can be helpful in finding information and generating short texts on general topics. On the other hand, due to a number of imperfections and errors, they are not suitable for generating professional texts on specialized knowledge, rapidly developing today, etc. In addition, it should be remembered that in the situation of using intelligent chatbots, it is not possible to enter into them content, texts, photos, etc. containing sensitive information, personal information, key internal data of a specific institution or company, etc., because these sensitive data may then appear in subsequent texts generated by these tools as a result of a query, command, task formulated by another Internet user.
