As part of one of the courses in my PhD, I wrote a sort of a chapter/article on ethnography of about 5000 words. I wish to get it published, can any one help me as to how and where can I try to get it published?
The write up discusses some of the features of Ethnography as an important research design used in social research. In the write up, ethnography has been discussed as a research design, followed by its epistemological foundations and ontological orientations. Moreover, research strategy link, methods of data collection, types of ethnography, etc have been discussed. In the end, briefly, its potential role in Public Administration research has been touched upon.
Note: It is not a data collection based research article.

frankly a lot of work has been done on ethnography in the past 100 odd years. now you have to see what new you bring to the table with your research paper. if it is just a amalgamation and re-digestion of the same old stuff then it may not be of interest to the good journals. you may read denzin and lincolns landscape of qualitative research (or similar books from them) and see which of the 9 moments in Qualitative research you place your work into. if your understanding and execution of ethnography falls under the 8th or 9th moment then it may be of interest to the research community.
