26 years old male, no medical history of systemic disease.
Complain of blured vision of left eye.
BCVA: OD 0.3; OS 0.6.
Left eye has been diagnosed of high myopia and amblyopia since 10 years old.

I think you can extract the features using different techniques from both normal and abnormal cases of OCT to analyse the features contributing to different abnormalities.
Acute Retinal Pigment Epitheliitis /or Acute Posterior Multiple Placoid Pigment Epitheliopathy - but there is no early phase of the angiogram/
I am physicist not ophthalmologist, then I can't help you in diagnosis.
But, in the wider rectangle on OCT, is there Henle's layer visible?
If so, it is quite strange for this condition of imaging the retina, isn't it? But I guess it is not related to the orientation of HL fibres but is rather related to disease (HL relaed?).
