Dear Prof. : I'm a Post-doctoral from Shandong University, Jinan City, China. I am seeking a visiting scholar position for one years. During my Ph.D. study, I have been doing research in the fields of applied mathematics, nonlinear functional analysis, fractional differential equations, impulsive equations, fractional evolution system, controllability and optimal control for a variety of fractional dynamical systems.
We are always confused about how to apply the theory results in engineering practice like petroleum, finance, electricity and ecosystem. Visiting positions sometimes mean you support yourself financially. You are looking for a formal position, either postdoc or fellow or whatever, should you require salary supports. You could easily find a visiting position if you bring your own money (say you get scholarship/fellowship etc).
