How a microbial consortium can be established with different strains?

If i want to establish a novel microbial consortium with different individual microbes capable of doing seperate bioremediation reaction such as one proteolytic,one amylolytic, one keratinolytic like several different others combined one consortium capable of doing multiple bioremediation what approach should i take and how would be it possible ?
