I think one way to do it would simply be to to convert it to a scale ranging from -3 to 3, e.g. dislike/bad/unfavourable = -3 and like/good/favourable = 3.
I am not sure what you want to do, since semantic differentials utilize a contrast between two poles, which Likert scoring uses a single element for its rating (agree/disagree etc.).
Maybe "poles" wasn't the best way to phrase it.
With a semantic differential, you are rating where something falls between two stimuli, whereas with Likert scoring, there is a single stimulus question. So, with a semantic differential, you typically have one object that is rated in terms of multiple pairs of stimuli, whereas Likert scales use a single rating format to respond to multiple questions.
Either one will produce a scale, but I don't think that it is straightforward to take one one of them and convert it into the other. Also, I am not sure what would be gained by doing do.
In general, I think semantic differential scaling has gone out of favor because there is so much subjectivity in choosing the pairs of stimuli that are used in the rating process. In contrast, for Likert scaling, the subjectivity is in the wording of the items that are being rated, and if nothing else, that is easier to assess in terms of "face validity."
